2007 – 2010
SSB Construction Sdn Bhd received a contract under Main Con Maritime & Dredging Corporation Sdn Bhd. (MMDC)
The contract was located at Sugai Johor/Kota Tinggi, contract value at RM 10 million, the contract was designed to lower down the water level due to frequent flood in Kota Tinggi.
2011 – 2020 (current)
In year 2011, Tropical City (M) Sdn Bhd sucessfully signed an agreement with Mados’s Holding Sdn Bhd. The agreement is to appoint Tropical City (M) Sdn Bhd, as a mining contractor and marketing at Sugai Tiram Estate which about 2300 Acre.
In the same year we have successfully constructed a jetty for export purposes. We are glad to maintain a great relationship with our client through out these years and also supporting the local & export market .
